As its name indicates, this white Champagne is produced exclusively with white grapes, in other

words with Chardonnay.Nevertheless, an original feature of the Drappier house, a touch of Pinot Blanc, cal led “Blanc Vrai” (“true white”) in Champagne, is sometimes incorporated into the cuvée to add to its complexity and roundness.



It is luminous and transparent in colour, light gold with suggestions of lime tree, animated by an

extremely fine mousse. Elegance and freshness are the two qualities which come immediately to mind. Nevertheless, faithful to the Drappier style, the Blanc de Blancs Signature has a richness and a complexity which often surprise the taster. Very flowery, the vegetable hints quickly give way to

aromas of vanilla, pear and liquorice in the mouth. This is the aperitif Champagne par excel lence,

but it can also be a harmonious accompaniment to seafood and crusty fish.
