Perched atop Howell Mountain, along Napa's northeastern edge, the 15-acre Vogt Vineyard produces dense, concentrated Cabernet fruit showcased in this single-vineyard wine from Nickel & Nickel. Jammy currant and black plum fruit notes are balanced by violet aromas and a hint of spice that all continues on the palate. The wine is evocative of mountain fruit: dense and structured, but beautifully polished.
