Chardonnay and Riesling aren't the only noble varieties. Sauvignon Blanc has made some of the most famous white wines ever produced. It is with this in mind that we created Elevage Blanc. We have made a meritage-style wine from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and the rarely used Sauvignon Gris. It is a unique blend base on the role model of the great white wines from Bordeaux.
