Our goal is to enhance the pure beauty of Merlot by blending in just enough Petite Sirah to add depth and structure. Using small oak barrels further complements the bright fruit nuances in our wines. The joy of drinking Merlot is drinking in its feminine, fleshy side that balances so well with whatever you decide to serve for dinner. This wine is a prime example of that rule, loaded with rasberry and rose petal aromas that are highlighted by cedar, cinnamon and toast. Lush flavors of cherry and cola are enhanced by subtle spearmint notes. The round texture is balanced and finishes with lovely toasty oak accents.
