Glass Mountain Quarry strives to produce a Chardonnay that stays true to style year in and year out. We start with exceptional fruit sources that we have been using for decades. Focusing on the delicate tropical fruit, we employ both traditional barrel fermentation techniques combined with cold tank fermentation for a balance of creamy, toasty oak and crisp, fresh fruit aromas and flavors. Our goal is to bring you a wine that you not only enjoy every night, but also serve on special occasions. This Chardonnay is an easy wine to drink, it will find a perfect pairing with simply prepared fish adorned with fresh herbs, drizzle of olive oil and a dash of wine to deglaze the pan.
