Our 2008 Scott Family Estate Chardonnay is produced from Dijon clones grown on our Arroyo Seco Estate. It is a wine with exceptional fruit intensity and structure. Warm aromas of apple pie and butterscotch. Flavors are velvety rich of pear, carmel apple and pineapple. Aged for eight months on French oak - 45% malolatic fermentation - sur lees aging.
