Cusumano wines come from 140 hectares of vineyards located in several areas of Sicily: Partinico, Monreale, Alcamo, Contessa Entellina, Salemi, Marzara del Vallo, Riesi, and Pachino. Through their deep understanding of the Sicilian soil, Cusumano chooses the characteristics best suited for each wine be it soil, the altitude and the microclimate.

Insolia has a light straw-yellow colour. At nose it has an intense bouquet, fruity finish with apple smell and white flowers. In mouth it has fresh and balanced taste with smell of white fruits, harmonious and pleasant.

It pairs well with any fish course, in particular with seafood and shellfish.
