A zesty, fruit driven Sardinian Olive Oil. Yellow with green undertones. Medium fruit with notes of artichoke, tomato leaf, and eggplant. Light and balanced. Spicy with a light bitterness. Made from  Tonda di Cagliari and Pitz'e Carroga olives, native to Sardinia. Harvested in October through November
